Rockstar เผยเทรลเลอร์แรกของ DLC ของเกม Grand Theft Auto IV ในชื่อตอนว่า The Ballad of Gay Tony โดยเทรลเลอร์มีชื่อว่า You'll Always Be The King Of This Town สำหรับวันวางจำหน่ายของ DLC นี้ก็เป็นวันที่ 29 ตุลาคม ปีนี้ ในราคา 1600 points และในวันเดียวกันจะมีการวางจำหน่ายในรูปแบบ DVD ที่รวม DLC ตัวแรกที่ชื่อ The Lost and Damned ไว้ด้วย
